Refund Policy

At Entreprenext, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund request is necessary. Please read our refund policy below for the services we offer:

 

By proceeding with the booking of any service on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.

 

Consulting Services

  1. Cancellation/Refund Eligibility:

    • Refund requests can be made only within 7 days from the date of the service agreement.

    • If the consulting service has not yet started, you are entitled to a full refund.

    • If the consulting service has already started, refunds will be evaluated based on the progress of the service. Refunds for completed milestones or services rendered will not be issued.

  2. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact us on support@entreprenext.com with your service details.

    • A refund, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days to your original method of payment.

  3. Non-refundable Services:

    • Any service already completed, including reports, analysis, or work submitted, will not be eligible for a refund.

Business & Management Coaching

  1. Cancellation/Refund Eligibility:

    • Refund requests for coaching services can be made within 7 days of the first session.

    • After the first session, refunds are not available for coaching services as the process is personalized, and results are achieved over time.

  2. Refund Process:

    • If you are eligible for a refund, please contact us on support@entreprenext.com.

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  3. No Refund on Completed Sessions:

    • Once a coaching session has been held, it is considered non-refundable, even if it was part of a package.

Training

  1. Cancellation/Refund Eligibility:

    • For online or offline training sessions: If you cancel any session more than 7 days before the scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 7 days before the session will not be eligible for a refund.

    • If the training involves physical material, such as printed resources, the material fee will be non-refundable once it has been provided.

  2. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact us on support@entreprenext.com with the details of your training session.

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

  3. Trainer-Client Agreement:

    • Entreprenext only charges the training fee, including the material fee, as agreed between the trainer and the client. All other charges (e.g., boarding, lodging) are managed directly between the trainer and the client.

    • Refunds are not applicable for services rendered, including any training session already conducted or agreed upon by both parties.

General Terms

  1. Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@entreprenext.com with your details and order number.

  2. Service Modifications: In case of dissatisfaction with any service, we will try to resolve the issue by offering adjustments to the service or a different approach before considering a refund.

  3. Third-Party Services: If your purchase involved third-party services or integrations, those services are subject to the refund policies of the respective third-party providers.
